Terrace
The Terrace project is comprised of 3 balconies and a ground level patio, all part of a modern 4-story townhouse. Each outdoor space is an extension of the adjoining room and reflects yet adds contrast to the contemporary style and materials used inside. These outdoor spaces are literally wrapped in the warmth of wood paneled enclosures with verdant greenery to greet the outward gaze. On the balconies, sleek conical planters and stainless steel cubed plantings tie together the outdoor and indoor aesthetic. The ground level patio is the largest outdoor area and includes planters and seating built into the wood fencing. Marble tiles cover most of the area, with a perimeter of grasses and groundcover allowing for drainage and another layer of green.
